Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioners' right to worship God, to participate in the festival, to show deeparathanai in the Kumbabisekam to be held on 18.08.2005 and 19.08.2005 in respect of Sri Mariamman Temple, and Sri Vinayagar Temple, at Paithur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.
