Despite the efforts of the appellant, he was unable to serve on the 4th respondent. Therefore, the appellant has taken out this application for taking substituted service, publication in one issue of Tamil/English daily having circulation in Chengalpattu. The said application is ordered. The paper publication shall be effected in one issue of a Makka Kural, having circulation at Thiruvannamalai for the hearing date 06.06.2024. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.
