When the matter was listed for hearing on 22.04.2022, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.16664 of 2016, dated 02.08.2017, by considering the petitioner's representations and passing an order on 05.04.2022. By the order dated 05.04.2022, the respondent had declined to issue patta to the petitioner. 2.In these circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, dated 05.04.2022, in accordance with law.
