This application has been filed to extend the time limit to make the arbitral award by the Arbitrator for a period of six months or any other time frame.

A NO. 432 of 2025 3.Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned counsel for the respondent would fairly submits that the respondent has no objection for the time being extended. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the extension application. I am unable to see any undue delays on the part of the parties as well as the learned Arbitrator. Hence, I am inclined to accede to the request of the applicant.
