This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to extend the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.O.P.No.30009 of 2025 order dated 05.11.2025.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides, time is extended for a further period of one week to deposit to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30009 of 2025 vide order dated 05.11.2025.
