This application has been filed by the applicant, who has been set exparte as party defendant in the suit filed for recovery of money.

2. After going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that this application will have to be allowed since particularly when there is no objection on behalf of the respondent-plaintiff.

However, the learned counsel for the respondent-plaintiff submits that though the suit is filed in the year 2014, written statement has yet to be filed.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed, subject to the condition that the applicant will have to file their written statement within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the exparte order dated 07.12.2015 would stand revived automatically. 09.06.2016 bbr M.M.SUNDRESH, J.
