When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not pressing C.M.P.No.2423 of 2022 since the said petition has been filed by them seeking to order Substituted Service to the respondents 5 to 8 in C.M.P.No.5960 of in C.R.P(NPD)No.4013 of 2014 but in the mean time, Court Notice was served to the respondents 5 to 8 on 25.03.2022. He has also made an endorsement in the said C.M.P that the same is not pressed.

2. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioners'

counsel, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
