Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ, order or direction or any other writ in the nature of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to proceedings of the second respondent dated 05.2010 made in Na.Ka.No.1274/A1/2010 read with proceedings of the third respondent dated 19.05.2010 made in Na.Ka.No.1/A/Aa/2010 and quash the same in so far the petitioner is concerned with regard to running of the schools on those festival days which are not observed by the majority of the students studying in the petitioner's school and consequently forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from directing the petitioner to close down the school on such dates.
