2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Mr.M.Murganantham, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, M/s.Ajmal Associates, takes notice for the respondents 4 to 6 and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent and there has been no serious objection in allowing the petition.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
