ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 7 of the order in Crl.OP.No. 30009 of 2025, dated 05.11.2025. In the original order, the petitioners were granted bail in the event of arrest, or upon their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Alandur, within fifteen days from the date the order copy was made ready. This was subject to the condition that the petitioners execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 20,000/- each, with two sureties for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the learned Magistrate is insisting upon the production of solvency certificates or property documents. Consequently, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties as ordered and are seeking a modification of this condition.
3. It is hereby clarified that the learned Magistrate shall not insist upon solvency certificates or property documents. Instead, the petitioners shall provide documents sufficient only to verify the identity and residence of the sureties.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
