The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to refix her pay as per VI Pay Commission and consequently settled arrears of pay fixation, difference in surrender leave salary, difference in leave on private affairs, difference in pension, DA, commutation, gratuity and other benefits with interest at 18% p.a.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 20.06.2022 before this Court, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner's pay is refixed and she in receipt of revised pension as per VI pay commission. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said Memo reads as follows: "1. The Petitioner submits that she filed the above Writ Petition praying this Honourable Court to direct the Respondents to refix the pay of the petitioner and subsequently her pension as per VI Pay Commission and settle the arrears of pay fixation and other terminal benefits together with 18% interest p.a.

2. The Petitioner submits that the Respondents have refixed her pay and pension in the meantime and she is now in receipt of revised pension from May 2022 pending settlement of other terminal benefits subsequent to pay fixation as per VI pay commission.

3. The Petitioner submits that under the above circumstances she wants to withdraw the above writ petition, pending in this Honourable Court."

3. The said Memo dated 20.06.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been taken on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid Memo dated 20.06.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
