Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Kanchipuram to conduct speedy trial of C.C.No.186 of 2021 so as bring the accused as well as the accomplice to justice before the law and help the petitioner before this Court as that fair and speedy justice will be rendered.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the Calender Case in C.C.No.186 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kanchipuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Kanchipuram, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of C.C.No.186 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
