The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would contend that, subsequent to the suit, there was a proceedings to evict the respondents, against which civil revision petitions had been filed by them before this court and the same were allowed vide order of this court dated 11.04.2018 in CRP (PD) Nos.2888 to 2892 of 2014.
