The Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation/ application dated 24.08.2021 kept pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.08.2021 seeking 'No objection Certificate' for construction of church. His representation was forwarded by the District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore to the Commissioner, Coimbatore and other authorities in Na.Ka.No.15889/2021/E2 dated 24.08.2021. Since no order was passed on this forwarded letter, this Writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that petitioner's representation received from Coimbatore District Revenue Officer was considered by the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore and the representation was rejected for the reason that if permission would be granted for construction of church, it will lead to law and order problem.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the representation was rejected, this Writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal action against the rejection order.
