The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 10.03.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, Tiruppur District. Subsequently, it was returned and is about to be represented along with the wound certificate. Therefore, the quashment does not arise since the investigation has already been completed and the final report has been filed.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the first respondent is directed to re-present the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the Trial Court is directed to take cognizance. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
