..Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 21.03.2016 against one Rajesh and vacate him who illegally occupied the house of the petitioner and threatened her with dire consequence and conduct the investigation in fair and proper manner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 21.03.2016 against one Rajesh and vacate him who illegally occupied the house of the petitioner and threatened her with dire consequence and conduct the investigation in fair and proper manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 21.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 89 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed on 23.03.2016. A copy of the Closure Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
