4. C.M.P.No.18162 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th appellant in S.A.No.1253 of 2006. 1/4

5. C.M.P.No.18163 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 5384 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 8th appellant in S.A.No.1253 of 2006.

6. C.M.P.No.18164 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the petitioner / proposed appellants 14 to 16 as the legal representatives of the deceased 8th appellant and rank them as appellants 14 to 16 in S.A.No.1253 of 2006.
