ORDER
When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that compromise has been arrived at between the parties before the Family Court. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
