ORDER

The petitioner has personally appeared before this Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. He has also produced his Aadhar Card for identification.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner, after making verification of Aadhar card, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Saravanan Petitioner This National Lok Adalat Award is passed in terms of the above settlement. The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
