ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to call the petitioner for certificate verification that is being carried out in pursuant to the notification No.11/MRB/2022 dated 11.10.2022 within a time frame.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as prayed in this writ petition, now the first respondent called the petitioner for certificate verification to be held on 19.02.2024 & 20.02.2024.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
