Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.NO.6740 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.14498 of 2020 that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.M.ABDUL AZEEZ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6740 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020, dated 06.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6740 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020, dated 06.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
