ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 02.12.2006 and for a consequential direction to respondents 1 and 2 to restore/issue a certificate to the petitioner as "SHOLAGA" ST Community, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Though the matter is pending for quite number of years, we are not inclined to go into the merits of the case as the petitioner has got appellate remedy. This Court can only go into the decision making process as against the decision. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the remedy before the appellate authority. The petitioner shall make an appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall dispose it of on merits, without rejecting the same on the ground of limitation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
