O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Order of the trial Court rejecting the plaint filed by the petitioner in unnumbred OSSR.No.1530 of 2019.
2. Despite notice has been ordered to the respondents in the year 2022, no steps have been taken by the petitioner to serve notice to the respondents.
3. The suit filed by the petitioner has been rejected by the trial Court. The suit has been filed for bare injunction based on the so called agreement for sale. Any agreement for sale will not convey any title to the property. The same will not create any interest or right in the immovable property. Instead of filing a suit to enforce the so called agreement, mere injunction as against the true owner is not maintainable.
4. This Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2020 and batta has not been Page 2 / 4
filed all these years. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
