The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent / the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Chengalpet to commit the PRC No.1 of 2013 to the file of the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Court at Kancheepuram for trial and speedy disposal of the case.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner herein is not seriously opposed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the same, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpet, to expedite the committal proceedings in PRC No.1 of 2013 to the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Kancheepuram for trial and speedy disposal of the case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
