Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to complete the enquiry conducted on 20.05.2010 based on the complaint of the Petitioner and file final report within the time frame fixed by this Court by directing the 1st Respondent to take necessary appropriate and corrective action on the 4th Respondent based on the recommendation given by the 2nd Respondent dated 09.06.2010.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first Respondent to take action on the fourth Respondent, on the basis of the recommendation given by the second Respondent dated 09.06.2010.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, based on the recommendation of the second respondent dated 09.06.2010, recovery proceedings were initiated against the fourth respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
