ORDER

The petition has been filed to withdraw MCOP No.255 of 2019 pending on the file of Accidents Claims Tribunal / Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram and transfer the same to the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore for joint disposal with MCOP No.1507 of 2019.

2. Heard Ms. K. Priyavarshini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Kannan for Mr. M. Purushothaman, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. Ms. M. Priyavarshini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the MCOP No.1507 of 2019 on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore has been dismissed for default on 07.02.2023 and hence there is no further orders are necessary.

4. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. In case, the MCOP No.1507 of 2019 is restored, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
