ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "to forbearing the 4th Respondent to Provide the electricity Connection to the 5th respondent without considering the petitioner objection dated 14.01.2026 in respect of property situated at Chengalpattu District, Thirukkalukundram Taluk, Thirukkalukundram B Village, Madhulam Kuppam comprised in Punja .S.NO. 354/3A to Extent of Acre 0.24 cents Patta No.104 to an Extent of 8.5 Ares, which is undivided join family property and also subject matter of the Pending Suit in O.S. No.24 of 2025 on the file of the Hon'ble District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate court, Thirukkalukundram and O.S.No.856 of 2025 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal District Judge of Chengalpattu."
2. It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukkalukundram, in O.S. No. 24 of 2025, seeking the relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendants 7 to 9 from providing Electricity connection to the 6th defendant's house, which is constructed in the suit schedule property and for the very same relief, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 to 4 that the electricity service connection has been provided to the 5th respondent' house yesterday.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed a civil suit for the very same relief and the electricity service connection has already been provided to the 5th respondent' house, nothing survives for further consideration in the present Writ Petition.
