These petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 15.09.2021 passed by this Court in C.M.A. Nos.1308 and 1309 of 2020.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavits filed in support of these applications seeking to set aside the exparte order.

3.Learned counsel for the first respondent/appellant has not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.
