These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and bring on record.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole appellant died and this petition has been filed to bring his LRs as appellants 2 to 10.

3. The learned counsel appearing for other side has no serious objection.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, these petitions are ordered.
