ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.14106 of 2020 dated 09.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14106 of 2020 dated 09.08.2021, has been complied with, in terms of the communication dated 22.11.2022 bearing reference No.Se.Mu.Aa.No.M3/33809/2022 addressed to the petitioner for appointing the petitioner on compassionate grounds. 2/4
