ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.17948 of 2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 09.12.2020.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The learned Special Government Pleader also circulated the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar dt.13.01.2021, wherein, it has been stated that the entire encroached property has been removed by the Tahsildar. The photos showing the removal of the structure is also filed along with the proceedings and this process has taken place with police protection.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
