This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 10.02.2016 made in Tr.C.M.P.No.2515 of 2015 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode for not ordering the joint trial alone is concerned and direct the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Erode to conduct joint trial of both the cases in S.T.C.No.275 of 2013 and S.T.C.No.50 of 2015. 2.It is reported by the learned counsel for the respondent that the matter has already been settled between the parties and nothing survives in this petition.
