The Petitioner has made a representation dated 13.10.2016 to the 1st respondent, inter-alia alleging that the electric post has been erected unauthorisedly over his private land. Despite the request made, it has not been removed. Seeking appropriate orders, the present writ petition is filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

of the case, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the aforesaid representation along with a copy of this order, to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
