Today, Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the G.O.(D) No.837, Home (Transport-II) Department dated 30.07.2021 stating that the Government, after examining the case of the petitioner along with the connected records and taking the views of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, have directed the fixation of the Compulsory Retirement Pension as Rs.38,000/- and this has been communicated to Thiru.P.Dharani, Deputy Transport Commissioner (Compulsorily Retired) along with the Government Order.

2. Placing on record the aforementioned Government Order, this contempt petition stands closed.
