O R D E R

The writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent in I.D.No.294 of 2001, dated 07.12.2004, quash the same and to consequently, direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent/Transport Corporation submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) has been paid to the legal heir of the deceased petitioner by way of Demand Draft in D.D.No.405962 towards compensation.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the legal heir of the deceased petitioner acknowledged the receipt of the Demand Draft for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupess One Lakh Only).
