The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has been settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty as the same was restored under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme.
