ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2015 against the accused persons for fair and proper investigation in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 07.09.2015, it is seen that the petitioner had entered into a sale agreement with the opposite party for purchasing the property and thereafter, the opposite party sold the same property to three other persons.

In the matter of this nature, there is breach of contract and no positive direction can been issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
