ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 248 days in filing the appeal against the judgement and decree dated 08.02.2019 made in MCOP No.690 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Judge) at Perambalur.

2. Mr.T.Gopinath, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 248 days is condoned.
