Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of license issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.503/CV3/2023 dated 22.12.2023 in respect of TASMAC Retail Vending Shop No.6431 at Perambalur District quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct the re-tender process in respect of the Shop No.6431. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents submits that the license issued to the 5th Respondent has since been cancelled and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
