ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant interim custody of the minor Ashwath Sembium Vivek during every week end (Saturday and Sunday) and daily video contact with the child till the disposal of the main O.P.

2. Heard M/s.J.Sundarakanchani, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.N.Ravishankar Vallatharasu, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions would submit that the interim custody of the minor child can be given to the applicant/ father for two spells of four days each during the summer vacation.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant/ father would also on instruction from the applicant who was present before this Court would submit that for the present it would suffice, but, however, requested this Court to relegate the matter to learned Master for recording of evidence as pleadings have been completed.

5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the fact that the applicant is the biological father and also taking into account the consent given by the learned counsel for the respondent on instruction, the following arrangements for the interim custody of the child is made.

7. The father shall have the interim custody of the child from 28.04.2025 till 01.05.2025

and thereafter, from 10.05.2025 till 13.05.2025. The applicant shall pick up the child on the given dates at 9.00 am and shall handover the child on the said respective dates at 6.00 pm. The respondent/ mother is entitled to have video conferencing with the child on all days during which the child is in the custody of the father and the father shall make necessary arrangements for effective video conferencing between the child and the respondent/ mother.
