ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue direction to the Respondent to consider his representation for sanction of loan and to pass appropriate orders within a time stipulate by this Court.
2. Since, no adverse order has been passed against the first and second respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he got admission for B.E.(Aeronautical Engineering) in Paavai Engineering College. Since the petitioner's family is very poor, he is unable to pay the college fees. Hence, the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent bank for sanction of Education loan to pursue his higher studies and as per the advice of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has applied for educational loan through online in prescribed format along with necessary supporting documents, however, the respondent has not processed the educational loan application of the petitioner for a long period of time and kept it idle. Thereafter, the petitioner's father made representation on 06.10.2018 to the Sub-Judge/Chairman Legal Service Committee regarding the same and accordingly, on 11.10.2018 SubJudge/Chairman Legal Service Committee sent a letter to the 2nd respondent to process the petitioner's application and forwarded the petitioner's application along with it. However, till date no order has been passed on the petitioner's representation. Hence, this Writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is pursuing B.E. and he belongs to a poor family and the Government of India considering the importance of education for Human Resource Development had formulated Educational Loan scheme in order to help the poor and needy students to pursue their higher education. However, the respondents are deliberately evading the matter. He further submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's loan application and pass appropriate order within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for the prayer sought for by the petitioner and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case, issues direction to the petitioner to submit the copy of the loan application along with this order to the respondents and if such application is made, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
