ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to act upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.04.2016 and thereby register a criminal case against the offenders as per law and subsequently to file final report and charge sheet against the offenders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.797 of 2016 has been registered on 03.06.2016 for offences under Sections 323 & 294(b) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.
