Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents herein to measure the lands and earmark the boundaries comprised in New Survey Nos.335/1A and 335/1B (Old Survey No.277/A) to an extent of 0.108.0 Hectares equivalent to 2.66 1⁄2 acres in Patta Nos.992 & 993 (Old Patta Nos.940 & 941) of No.069 Punjai Kilambadi Village of Erode Taluk and District by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2013 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
