in C.P.No.255 of 2014 M.SUNDAR, J Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of separate order made today in Company Application No.98 of 2020, which reads as follows: 'In the captioned application, Mr.Ralph V.Manohar, learned counsel for applicant-Company and Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator on behalf of Official Liquidator (sole respondent) are before this Court.
2. Captioned application has been filed with a prayer for refund of Rs.56,624/-, which according to the applicant-company has been paid in excess towards closure of loan account qua 'First Leasing Company of India Limited' which is the Company which has gone into liquidation in captioned main CP.
3. Paragraph 7 of support affidavit dated 03.02.2020 reads as follows:
'7. It is humbly submitted that no prejudice would be caused to the Official Liquidator to issue a "No Dues Certificate" and to refund the excess amount of Rs.56,624/- to the applicant, as the above facts are admitted by the Official Liquidator. Further, the Official Liquidator is duty bound to refund the excess amount and also issue a "No Dues Certificate" to the applicant on closure of the entire loan amount.'

4. A perusal of aforementioned affidavit filed in support of captioned application makes it clear that applicant has in fact paid excess of Rs.56,624/-. Therefore, captioned application is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.'
2. Mr.Ralph V.Manohar, learned counsel for applicant-Company and Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator on behalf of Official Liquidator (sole respondent) are before this Court.
3. In the light of aforementioned order in Company Application No.98 of 2020, captioned application is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
