Contempt Petition No.411 of 2021 W.P.No.18369 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that, this Court by its order dated 14.12.2020 issued direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 20.05.2020 within a period of four weeks thereby, the respondent considered the application of the petitioner and disposed the same on 26.11.2021.

3. In view of the above submissions of the Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
