A NO. 438 of 2025 3.The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of arguments and the respondent did not choose to appear even before the Arbitrator. Hence, I dispense with notice in the present application for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the averments set out therein seeking extension of the mandate.
