Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Ceriorari, to call for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing R.No. 2745231 / E7 / A1 / 2022-17 dated 17.11.2022 and to quash the same.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition as been filed challenging the posting order, posting the petitioner as doctors in the Government Hospital.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has completed the service as stipulated under the bond executed by him and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further adjudication is required and he has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. So he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
