No. 22379 of 2004 dated 05.08.2004.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering with the internal administration of the petitioner association on the basis of complaint given by the 3rd respondent and consequently refer the dispute to the District Level Committee constituted in pursuance of settlement dated 11.01.1993 and in pursuance of the order of this court in W.P. No.22379 of 2004 dated 05.08.2004.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
