2. Despite the name of the petitioner being shown in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his alternate counsel on the previous date of hearings i.e., on 02.02.2026, 09.02.2026 and 11.02.2026.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
