This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28097 of 2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders".

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
